Bummer! Dealer notified me today that my build date has been pushed from week 31 Jan to 21 Feb. Maybe I'll get the car by mid-March.

Well at least you only got bumped 3 weeks instead of 4. I wonder how they determine that? Weird.

Presumably they will be building more Bosses per day to get caught up as soon as possible.

Not really - those dates represent the WEEK of the build, so it could be that phyter's is the Friday/Saturday of his week, and yours is the Monday of your week, which is only one work day different.

I called my dealer today to see how far my build week was pushed back. I was told that as of yesterday, my BOSS is still scheduled for the week of Jan 24. Guess I'll have to wait till Monday or so for my dealer to catch up.

If everything else "goes as planned" this isn't necessarily bad news since I won't be able to drive it until late March at best. The problem is that the problems have just started so the odds that it gets pushed again might be higher.
Bummer! Just got word from my dealer today that 31 Jan week build is pushed back to 21 Feb week. Maybe get the car by mid-March.

Good point Sure would be cool if we could pick up our cars at the plant. Of course, wouldn't want to drive it home in March. Doesn't Chevy have an option to see your car go down the line for Corvettes?

The Corvette museum has an option to see your car go down the line, and another option to pick it up at the museum. They also have an option to buy a book that has pictures of your Corvette as it went down the line. None are free.

In the first post the author did mention that they will be getting overtime on Saturdays, so there is an extra day per week to built the cars. It does say a lot about about how the schedule the lines, not only did they shut down V6's because of a V8 part shortage but Mazda is also shut down.

I haven't seen anyone report with a January 17th build week. I wonder if those cars are getting pushed through or if they got bumped too?

I was Jan 18. Unfortunately I have not gotten a lot of info from my dealer and as of now I do not have a new date. The original build date I got from a member here. If he sees this maybe he can get an update, I understand that he is busy and don't want to add to that.

I'm wondering too. There's the information from this thread, and the others linked from it, about a delay. But sales manager where I'm getting my BOSS says production week of 24 JAN and delivery 01 FEB (transportation dependent). I spoke with him yesterday afternoon (10 JAN).

Mine has slid to the right. Original build week was the 17 Jan, now is 7 February. They updated on Friday of last week.

No update yet from my dealer (1/17 build date) but based on everything I hearing here, I won't be surprised when it does. StillIntense and I had the same build date so I expect mine to slide as well. I will update when I know more

I had Jan 19th, but it's been moved to Feb 7th. Not too bad. Hope this helps some folks here with their timeline.
