it coudl be a MP car too, those are the press fleet cars they loan to reviewers and used at a bunch of car shows. if its an mp car, it has had the SHAT driven out of it. FWIW i had a press fleet car and it was MP0046 IIRC, they are not that uncommon.

Agree on the wear and tear. So far, there are few cars making it out of the pool though.

I'd be interested in a PP Boss especially if I didn't have to go throughFord Canada to get it.

Is it a real Boss? Or a GT with a Boss intake and some of the obvious externals? would be a good question before purchasing.

I have sent e-mails and tried hard to get Canadian BOSS buyers the Track Attack and the Gift Package. Ford of Canada either can not read, or lacking marketing intelligence, or just does not care about Canadian buyers. I recieved one reply telling me that I can get promotions on other Ford Vehicles. I guess what the person replying was telling me "ditch your BOSS and we will give you something when you purchase a Fiesta"

I say FORD of Canada should buy back ALL CANADIAN BOSS MUSTANGS for what the purchaser paid for them. Then the purchaser can go to USA, Buy a BOSS for way less $$$$$$ and get the total experience they paid for and a Fiesta too with the money saved.

Everyone at Ford seems to be hearing impaired when given a proffessional and polite request.

I truly thought Ford Motor Company was better than that.

Too true. Wish I had bought in US using my US address. Would have had the full experience, a new Fiesta and money to put down on a '13 Boss. Terrible customer service and poor representation of the brand. :-(

Interesting - the Barrett-Jackson 2012 Grabber Blue Boss 302 Laguna Seca that went for $450k at auction last January was also a pre-production vehicle. From their website here is the VIN 1ZVBP8CU6C5199982. 2012 production began with 5200000.
