Hey, I just dropped a pretty good wad of cash on something that could possibly **** up next week, next month, etc. I'm covering my bases just in case, I've never been known to have the best luck as it is. You draw more flies with honey than vinegar.

But seriously, I do think its great that someone from Ford is on here and taking these concerns to the next level and helping customers. People in the corporate offices are finally starting to "get it", and looking for ways to stay on the cutting edge in all aspects of the car business, instead of languishing in mediocrity that went on for so many years and led them practically to extinction. Alan Mulally is the best thing to happen to Ford in decades.

Aye, couldn't agree more. Deysha is part of a great support team, and my Ford dealers have always come down on the right side of issues with me. Ford's earned my trust

I think Deysha is brilliant. Ford needs to replicate that kind of interest and involvement at the dealer level and I swear I'd never buy another brand again.

I think that's why she's here, because the dealers aren't :/

Thanks Deysha!

<Ahem> Aside from a chosen few helpful dealer people on this forum, a lot of customers only get their problems resolved through here.

You should! I wish you'd been around when I had problems with previous Fords. You know--the "can't find/replicate the problem" dealer responses until out of warranty. THEN they find the problem and offer to fix it for $$$.

No problems at the moment with my '10, however .
