Title Updated to Include Ongoing BOSS Celebrations!

Back in March 1969, an automobile publication introduced a "New 302 Mustang"... it's 2019, time to celebrate 50 Years of BOSS!
Events i have penciled on my 2019 calendar are;
April 17th - 20th, Mustang Owner's Museum Grand Opening in NC.
May 31st - June 2nd, Ford Nationals / Carlisle in PA.
June 15th, 11th Annual American Muscle Mustang Show in PA.
August 30th - September 1st, 50th Anniversary BOSS Reunion in PA.
September 2nd - 8th, 18th Annual Mustang Week in SC.
September TBD, BOSS Nationals in KS.

Sweet. I'l be at the 50th in Pittsburgh. That is a great venue.

 

Good to hear. Wonder what 50th Boss Events are being planned on the W Coast, I'm sure something will get announced at the legendary Laguna Seca, right?

 

few days days back, Ford Nationals' site was updated featuring several guest appearances which will include; Donald Farr who will be there promoting his new book "BOSS Mustang 50 Years" (release date 4/23) and John Clor Communications Mgr w/Ford Performance.

 

May have to try to attend the Pittsburgh show.

there are four '9s in the sixth and seventh pic (maroon one is a prototype). there were two '9s out in the field.

 

 

Out of all the new Boss Mustangs, I like the Silver and Red/Orange the best......I have seen at least one of each on the road, but never a Silver one.

Oh man I really wanted to go to the big Boss reunion out in Pittsburgh but just can't afford the time off to do it! Are you going and if so I guess I'll live vicariously through you.

 

i do plan on attending, not sure of all three days though. 50th Anniversaries are one of the biggest of milestones, after all it is referred to as The Golden Jubilee.

Woodward Dream Cruise is on my radar but due to work schedule/obligations, will be unable to attend this yr. thx for posting link. hope WDC/Ford organizers will corral BOSSs in one spot to commemorate 50th Anniversary. please take plenty of pix and post here. for now, couple pix of a Blk '13 LS i saw at Ford Nationals back in 2012, enjoy.
