Does anyone know if the dimensions of the 2013 taillights are the same as the 2012 and if so has anyone tried swapping them yet?

To answer your question, no they are not the same dimensions. The lower edge is flat on the '13 where the '10-'12 dips down. So it leaves a gap. It is plug and play, but with said gap. There have been a few people who have done the swap.
