Lol. There's little plastic Star Wars figures that go for well over a 1000 bucks these days. I remember their 1.99 original price when I was growing up!
Condition, time, and popular demand will determine this cars worth as it did with the Stingray.
Would you rather be driving this yellow bad boy or have 100 of these little guys collecting dust in your attic?
Just a friendly example. One of many out there.

lol! It's a strange sales tactic. Car not selling? Double the price! How one arrives at one dollar $190k, I have no idea. Why not go one dollar *over* $190k?

Honestly if it were tossed in an auction right now i dont think it would even fetch 200k. Maybe 100-150k but thats it. Idk, if it were me id be selling it at 60-70k max. Price it around Shelby area due to its significance in the Boss revival

He bought the RIGHTS to purchase the first Stingray off the assembly line and I think the auction ended at 1.3 million if I remember correctly.

The car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Personally I don't think it is worth anywhere near that much money, but being in the car business for around 20 years I look cars in a much more clinical, statistical way. I just don't see the "collector" value in this car yet (if ever).
That being said, there IS money out there with collectors and you won't get it unless you ask for it.
