Personally I prefer the 2013. For me the 2012 was a little too overtly boy racer and didn't look quite as cohesive as the 2013 does. I like both, but given a choice I would absolutely take the 13.

I guess we just have to pony up to the bar and buy us another one, having both 2012 and 2013 Mustangs Boss 302s in the corral would be the ultimate.
Lottery win come my way!

I am sure the cars are the same size.........the painted rockers a nd the swelled opening in the grille make it look wider and taller. If I had my choice Id like the rear bumper on the 2013 on my 2012, I like the non-painted mirrors on the 2013, and I am crazy about the wheels!..........I like my 2012 better..........hate the hockey stripe style of the 70. I feel like I have chosen the best of the two years............but i don't think I could have gine wrong either way

For once, I like the older styling, but the new definitely looks updated, upscale and more modern....
Functionality point of view, I was specifically drawn to the 12 boss b/c of the lack of painted items . This would keep replacement parts at a minimum when your tracking. My last car with 26k mi and about 1k track mi was done for on the hood, bumper, splitter, and especially the rocker panels. ....oh yeah I went off track in my last car more than 5 times at 100mph![Confused18](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/confused18.gif)
Can't wait to check it out this Sunday! anybody else going to the la auto show?
