Thanks but yeah...no interest in selling it. I think there are 14 or so that got into the wild before the stripe issue was discovered. I know one is for sale in CA, a SBY, that has $10k ADM.

So, while there may be others, I'm the only 13 Boss owner that's posting anywhere at least. It feels sort of strange to tell you the truth. Hopefully that will change soon and all the guys that have been waiting will get their cars too. I just got lucky but VERY thankful to have this car. Be nice to have others to compare notes with. I feel like I'm talking to myself these days!

You know I think its dumb that dealers play that game...
I found the CL ad and made a response.. from that end looked like he was trying to sell a car he did not have possession of it which is certainly the case, because if you check the time lines of when I posted, the dealer had told me all he needed was a deposit... At the time you had already pretty much had a deal worked out on the car at your dealership. Just goes to show you can't always trust CL when it comes to dealers either. I was searching by dealer only and your car was the first and only one that popped up at the time.

 

No. If I had ordered it I would have added them. Oh well!

I missed this one on CL, but had I been paying attention I would have emailed the non-owning dealer and offered 20k over Nigerian style. I think this makes me a bad person, but I love to screw with these fakes.

 

Can you confirm whether or not it has heated mirrors and puddle lights? There seems to be some confusion over this.

 

Also, I have called a few dealers regarding 2013 Bosses they have listed for sale on cars.com.

Why is it that no one seems to be able to answer two basic questions over the phone:

1. Do you actually HAVE the car you have advertised on your lot?
2. Are you asking for an ADM on top of MSRP?

The answer always is "come on down to the dealership and let's discuss it".

I'm not trying to negotiate a deal over the phone, I just want two basic yes/no questions answered that I know the guy on the other end of the phone knows and that I will know within 30 seconds of showing up.

If I drive 100 miles to find out you don't actually have the car you're advertising and that you are planning on asking for an ADM when it shows up, everyone's time has been wasted and you will have one pissed off potential customer.

 

I want the gauges/apps! Wonder if '12 owners will be able to add these eventually...

 

Exactly, I'd give alot for those awesome gauge package.

They are same as the 2012 Boss and in the GT500's with leather. Go sit in one if you're not sure.

Went to local dealer here in SC. I asked if they have 2013 allotted yet, and he said "yes, do you want to buy it?". I asked, "are you going to sell it to me at sticker?" and he just smirked. About then, the service guy drove up with my '12 CO Boss, so I said "that's what you told me last time, guess I'll go to Va for that one too." and drove off. Wish I could service somewhere else...

 

The regular Boss seats are the same at a GT. GT seat = Boss seat. Shelby recaro = Boss recaro.

Wow I guess I have to spell it out for you. The seats are the same and that means the photos are too. There's a thing called google and if you can use it you'll find thousands of photos of both seats. In case you don't know how to use google here's the first photo that showed up of a 2013.
