One thing I have noticed is that you can search youtube and find hundreds of Boss owners using their cars. I cant even find 1 video of this 1LE on a 1/4 track, I understand it's not made for that but Jeesg are they that rare, or are the Chevy owners just parking them in garages?
And I'm not talking about review videos, I'm talking about personal videos. I wanted to see some 1LEs racing Mustang on some drag strips

I agree with some of the post questioning the fairness of the test. there are some instances were one will be faster than the other and vises versus.
The boss is a track car but on a bumpy track with lots of curve the camaro will be faster. a smooth track will be a closer challenge. less curve and smooth the Boss would probably win. straight road racing no contest the Stang will win. If ford ever put independent rear suspension on the stangs all you would see is bowties in the rear view mirrors. Handling the camaro wins. speed, torque and acceleration the Stang wins. but do anyone ever compare all aspects for a true comparison.

With better brakes the boss would be the better car all around.

the 1LE Camaro will probably be a lot faster in depreciation!

I know I sound prejudiced and I'm not a hater. Just watch the values of that Camaro vs. Boss.

Trash the camaro all you want but I have to say I'm quite impressed by how well all the camaros perform despite the weight penalty. The the next generation camaro sheds weight as reported, watch out! I hope Ford works on their own version of magnetic ride control like the ZL1

Shorter gears, bigger wheels, tires, and brakes, minor suspension work. Mind = Blown, how do they do it?

So you don't think GM should be given credit for having pigs fly?

It's like the z28, of course if you throw money at a SS it will get better. They didn't reinvent the wheel here, they beefed it up a bit and what do you know? It's better than than the SS!!! Ohhhh ahhhhh!!

I would never buy a car with that **** magnetic ride suspension, not a Camero at least. If I had a ton of money and could afford a 599 GTB Fiorano then the expensive suspension wouldn't bother me. But buying a 51k car with a suspension that will cost and arm and leg if it breaks is stupid.

OK time for me to check out of this thread, the Ford fanboys are getting out if control in this one.

Faulting a company for making improvements and offering great new technology?

I hope the next mustang has crank windows, worrying about fixing power window motors gives me the creeps!

Entirely different suspension, and it's a name, the "boss" it means something. No ones cars about a 1LE or ZL1.

If you can afford a $50k hot rod but can't afford to maintain it, you can't afford it. That magnetic fluid suspension system is phenomenal and probably one of the most innovative technologies in a very long time. You chumps need to quit hating and make y'all's cars faster.

Great new tech? Its about 10 years old it's not brand new. It's also expensive as hell and I would love to see that it decides to break after the warranty is over.

Not only that, the 1LE doesn't even have the mag ride, gotta spend 60k+ for a ZL1 to get that, even then all you have is a SS with a blower........
