It has been our experience that the pinion angle should be maintained at factory specification of between -1 and -2 degrees.
Thanks, David

We have just added the 2011 V8 GT Automatic to our available shafts.

Customer Testimonials:
"Wow-just like my 2005 shaft-runs flawless, no vibration/wheel shimmy or anything, have tested her to 120 mph and no issues. The car seems to RPM faster with the lighter shaft and just looking at the difference from stock shaft to the 3.5 you can tell its a much stronger piece "

Better question is can this be done without removing the exhaust system?
nope don't have to mess with the exhaust. here TB's write up on his install. I'll probably get one of these ordered this week sometime.

Doh forgot the link

Good deal! Ordered mine, should be on its way soon.

I have the J&M 'adjustable' upper 3rd link on my car. While it was OFF the car, I couldn't get the thing to loosen up enough to adjust the length. How in the world would I do this while it's on the car??!! Could barely get a wrench in there to tighten the thing up in the first place!

I do have the Steeda street adjustable lower arms, is it possible to adjust these to change the pinion angle??

just to be sure? With a stock set up I can pull the stock two piece drive shaft off and then install the the one piece shaft and not have to adjust pinion angle? Or yes I will have to adjust it??

Glenn,
With a stock set up there should be no pinion angle adjustment necessary.
Thanks, David

Josh,
Most people adjust pinion angle with the UCA. We do not know what effect using the LCA's exclusively for angle adjustment will have.
Thanks, David

How does one measure pinion angle? Is there a tool/measuring device?

Got my shaft! Very quick (and free!) shipping, good packaging. Impressive piece. Hope to install in a week or so. Already have the magnetic angle finder (ie the above piece) so hopefully will see how it goes. That upper 3rd link adjustment, though, scares me. Hopefully won't need to do it! Only have 1.5" lower w/ Vogtland springs.

Thanks David!

Does this account for shrinkage if he was in the pool?
