I highly doubt that. They would have to drop 400-500 lbs off the car and make 460 hp.


460hp isn't hard, but a weight drop that significant is not going to happen, we'll be lucky to get half that.

I wouldn't be surprised if the C7 can get to 60 in 3.8 seconds.

But, the gap in performance between the two is getting smaller and smaller.

Nor would I want it to, the Stingray @ 51k represents a real bargain but in order for Mustang to compete it would have to really reinvent itself completely abandoning its affordable roots.
