Sound Tube Removal!

May sound like a stupid question but has anyone removed that annoying sound tube from the engine compartment?

I did on my 2011 GT. Do a search on here for the thread with the instructions. Pretty easy to remove and then cap the holes it leaves.

The droning in the interior drives me nuts at highway speeds. I removed it this past Sun and it is so nice in the interior now. The sound is just right.
