That's just peachy. Ford will tell Europe when they can order one, but leave those that made it the icon it is in the dark. Come on FOMOCO, how about some solid ads?

Question Frankfurt Ford dealer told me no such thing last week

My dealer (Frankfurt) told me last week, ordering for the eco-boost will start in the fall and the 2015 Mustang will be available next year this time.
He also (guess) expects the price for the eco-boost model to cost
€ 35K - €40K
Is the video correct or my Ford dealer ?

Your ford dealer is just guessing. I would take it with a grain of salt.

I have just finished a phone call with my local Ford-salesman (Germany, Bavaria, the dealership is in Erlangen, near Nuremberg).
He said that they haven´t been told when the regular ordering for the Mustang will start and how much it is going zu cost, but he told me that he is going to attend a dealer-meeting with ford officials next week (introduction of the EcoSport) and he promised me to see if he can find out more about the Mustang there.
I will keep you posted.

Sounds good Gworl. Some solid info would be forthcoming for a change. BTW, there is a Mustang Convention in Cologne the weekend of 6-8 June and the 2015 Mustang will be introduced. I'm thinking about making a day trip of it and go see my next car in person.

Thank you very much kwpony for the information on the upcoming Mustang Convention in Cologne. I am very tempted to go there to check out the 2015 Mustang, but I might not have the time to take that trip due to obligations in my job.

My salesman has just informed me that he wasn`t told any news on
the Mustang at the dealer-meeting he attended last week. He was told that reservation of the first 500 cars will take place on the 24th of May during the Champions League final (as we´ve already known), but no pricing was announced. He presumes that pricing for Germany will be announced around October.

Yes. My dealer in Frankfurt said pretty much the same thing that pricing will be announced later this year. However, they will have a convertible and V8 on showroom floor in late May or early June.

congrats Gworl !
I'm going to wait until next year. I was going to order but Ford dealer told me there will be plenty of 2015 Mustangs to choose from on the lot. If my dealer doesn't have exactaly what I want ( i.e. color and specs) I'm free to buy from another Ford dealer somewhere else i.e. Hamburg, München and my Ford dealer will still service the car. So in other words I'll pick and choose what fancies me off the lot. Besides, there might be a dealer incentive or rebate to move the car if sales are not up to Fords' expectations.

Thank you very much, kwpony and Tony Alonso.
This morning I received an E-Mail from Ford, telling me that my name is on "the list" and congratulating me for getting closer to my chance of allocating a new Mustang.
In that E-Mail they gave me a voucher-code and told me that I needed to have that code at hand if I should be one of the first 500 participants and therefore receive a phone-call from Ford.
They went on to tell me that if I won´t get the phone-call from Ford that means that I wasn´t one of the first 500 participants, but I shouldn´t worry, they promised to keep me posted with exclusive news on the arrival of the Mustang in Germany anyway.
My son already told me that I´ll probably not be among the first 500 participants, because being a lawyer I first had to read the general terms and conditions before I participated (the leopard can´t change its spots ), that means probably having lost out to people who just don´t care for the fine print.
