New Ford models to offer factory-installed iTunes tagging technology
This is interesting news. Thanks for posting!
I hope this isn't going to be part of the $2000 Electronics package is it? I'd like if it was a seperate option. Maybe it will be? Here's what Ford said.
"HD Radio and iTunes song tagging will be part of an infotainment package launching next year.”

This gives me a chance to ask a question -- I've never operated SYNC before, and the local dealership knows nothing about SYNC. (That's right. When I asked a question about it, the salesman pulled out the Ford Taurus guide and read the SYNC paragraph, word for word. He couldn't answer any questions I had about it.)
Since SYNC 2.0 will be on the 5.0 I'm going to get, will it work as advertised with my fourth and fifth-generation iPod Nanos? I know Apple is *****y about their product code, and thus wasn't sure if the iPods worked with SYNC like the other mp3 players do.
I hope it does. I really want to be able to plug my iPod Nano into my Mustang, and play my favorite song as I leave the parking lot in Pennsylvania after picking up my 5.0 and starting the engine for the first time.
"I CAN'T DRIIIIIIIIIVE... FIFTY-FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII IIIIIVE!"

Thank you for answering and not belittling me, though!
