To anyone with import/export knowledge of 2015+ Mustangs:

I am an American currently living and working in South Korea. Mustangs have been exported to South Korea and many other countries by Ford. There are many Ford dealerships throughout Korea that sell the Ecoboost and GT. If I bought one of these (used) in South Korea, can it be exported back to the USA? In the past, most foreign cars that were imported/exported to South Korea had to be modified to comply with Korean vehicle (safety) standards. Were the Mustangs exported to Korea changed in any way? The only difference I noticed is that Korean Mustangs (2015+) have a push button in the dash for power folding side mirrors whereas the USA models do not.

So if anyone knows if I can import/export a Mustang bought in Korea back to USA, without having to do any major modifications, that would be great!

No, that was not my car. In my post, I was asking if anyone knew that the Ford Mustangs sold in Korea can be shipped back to USA without any modifications.
