The Tectonic color would be a nice add. Almost reminds me of the vapor silver color I had on my 08

Meh... no Blue Candy in the Mustang... glad I got the '15 in Ruby Red!

My 2011 is Kona Blue (LOVE IT!) but with that only available on the LE... I'll skip the flat Deep Impact Blue and move on.

To the OP -- thanks for posting!!!

The 'black' is the only thing different.

I'm not sure what you mean by flat, but if you mean "non-metallic" my 2014 DIB is definitely metallic. I kinda wish it was non-metallic some days.

And I'm with you on the Kona. Very pretty color.

I need to go look tectonic in person. Not a fan of silver in general, but loved the vapor silver on '08 Fusion.

I considered Tectonic Silver (that's what it was called) when I was leasing my '14 Fusion. If it's the same color it's very boring and non-descript...kind of a light beige/silver....very old person-ish.

The Mustang needs a proper green.

Woooohooooo
Are you itching to buy a new 2016 Mustang? Have you spent hours trying to decide just what options to get, which engine to choose and of course what color to paint it? What? I mean, of course you haven’t… That’s silly, nobody would waste that much time, certainly not me…

Anyway, if you are really concerned about what color to get your new Pony in, we have a new leaked color brochure courtesy of autoevolution. Let’s just get to the bad news first. There is no Grabber Blue, and no return of Gotta Have It Green. Competition Orange is still here, but I still don’t love it as much as Grabber Blue. Actually, the only “new” color for the 2016 Mustang is Shadow Black, and from the brochure it just appears Ford has gotten rid of the old black for a slightly darker black. Like my favorite tactical turtle neck. In total we have ten colors on tap for the Mustang.

One important thing to notice is that neither the GT350 or its R variant are listed in this brochure, so we are not sure what colors that will be coming in yet.

That works.....green/saddle is a classy combo. I was thinking along the lines of a British Racing Green tone but with a metallic content.

Ford doesnt treat Mustang buyers very well in the color dept. The three best imo arent available. Elc. Spice,Tangerine, and my 1st choice Molten orange. I would definately have ordered the Molten if I were able to.

Tectonic should never be on a Mustang.
It belongs on a Taurus driven by an old baba.

Mustang would be AMAZING in Molten Orange (such a great colour)
And of course....Liquid Blue

My '14 Fusion is Sunset, which is a reddish-copperish-burnt orange kinda sorta. Not a popular color apparently; might have been just a one year deal. But I think it might look nice on S550.

Nothing wrong at all with DIB, but the Mustang could use another shade of blue in the lineup.

And I'm still sulking that Ford never offered Wimbledon White in recent, regular production. It's the iconic Mustang color IMO.

I would like to see a Mustang with Blue Candy Metallic paint. Too bad it isn't a Mustang color

Shadow Black is a rename of Absolute Black and as such is non-metallic. Like Black. So Shadow Black is the new Black. Got it?
