I went to Bobby Jones Ford in Augusta, Georgia to look at trading on a 14' Deep Impact Blue. Anyway, while talking to the salesman "Bo" (last name not Duke as far as I know). He said that a Ford rep told them in a recent meeting that the 5.0 will not be in the 15+ Gt's. Whether this was a BS sales tactic or what, I don't know. However, everyone feel free to call Bo at Bobby Jones Ford, hold him to the fire and ask him about this. He said the rep stated in the meeting that the 5.0 will only be in the trucks in 15+.

No. The main reasons I am considering a trade is because the car would have 0 miles instead of 20,000, it would be 2 1/2 years newer and the last of the body style. I do like some of the 13+ features over the 11-12 but it isn't earth shattering preferences. If it doesn't happen, I'm 100% satisfied with my 12'.
These guys know squat. Most bounce from one dealer to another. Chevy to Ford to Fiat. They read their books, look up specs on the interwebs and regurgitate the info. I knew more about my '12 than the salesman and parts guys. Sad really. He's throwing you a bad sales pitch to get you into a new car. '15s aren't on sale yet so makes no money when you ask about them. Gl with your hunt for a'14.
While many salesmen are clueless about their product, keep in mind that some of us in the business know our product incredibly well. I was a Mustang enthusiast long before I was ever in the car biz and I work diligently to make sure that the salesmen that work for me give customers correct information.
