Bolted and plugged right in. My car is a premium with std leather heated and cooled seats.

Craigslist find

Price was unreal cheap and included the matching back seat!

How did they get these?? Were they prototypes? I really really want a set. My leather Recaros are not grippy enough for me.

Looks like the same seat to me shape and design... minus the branding of course, and grey is a little different, but it looks awesome!

They look fantastic!

I'd be all of those and find a way for them to work in my 05.

Same here, but how could they possibly work on a S-197 ? As I'm sure the bracket and bolt patterns are completely different

I don't think Ford has changed the track to seat bolt pattern. Just unbolt the old seat and bolt up new seat. I added electric power seat to my Recaro's in my 13GT

They probably didn't make any changes for the 05-14 models, however the S550 is a completely new platform.. So I would highly doubt the track to seat bolt patterns would be the same

Ok, I am confused. The first and second photo (in the OP's first post) show an unbranded seat(s). The third photo shows seats branded "GT350" and "Recaro", while the fourth photo shows seats branded "R" and "Recaro". Are these just example photos, or did I miss something?

Also, the photo in post #5, shows an unbranded drivers seat. I am confused.

Example pics. Pretty sure the ones he got are prototype seats that were basically "thrown out."

Also, this seat is very close to one of the standard Recaro seats they offer aftermarket. They usually go for about $1800 each.

Nope. Wrapped in plastic. Factory seat tracks and plastic trim all on them. Got the matching rear seat too.

Do standard recaros come with air bags? These have air bags also.

All the haters/nonbelievers just stop, they weren't in the garbage, they are real, anyone in southeast Michigan can come check them out. But as anyone in south east michigan knows, this kinda stuff happens all the time. Factory parts get leaked.

The first two pics are my car, although some said they are not, iphone 6 has a great camera I guess!

The next pics in that post are for REFERENCE! As I stated CLEARLY,

The next picture was in rebuttal that the first two are not my car, so I posted a pic when I had just installed the drivers seat.

dont be mad at me Because I was the first to have them outside of corporate.

I am mad at you lol. I'm pretty sure the standard Recaro offerings can be outfitted with heat/cooling/side airbags, but they don't come with them unless you order it that way (and then you get into $3k per seat hah).

Why don't these have the Recaro branding then? I would still say they're prototypes because they don't have the GT350 and Recaro embroidery yet. Obviously you know better than I, because I believe they're from the factory, but if they were factory part numbers, they'd have all the branding right?

Ask your guy if he can get another set hahaha. No really, please? and...will they fit in a 2014?

Anthony..thanks for clearing up my questions. I didn't see the "Reference Photo" heading above the picture(s). I was just trying to figure out which seats you have, I was not questioning the fact that you have them. They look really good. I like the material. Reminds me of my "86 SVO.
