The 2015 obviously will get a 50th badge, but what about after that?

Will it keep using the 5.0 or go back to GT? What else could it be? What would you like to see? Who cares?

And the 50th anniversary would be the same on all the engine options, right?

 

I think the next-generation Sync system will include an LCD screen in the fender badge area so the user can display the logo of their choice.

 

Personally, I'd rather have nothing. Keep them guessing.

 

I'd prefer to see a GT badge or nothing. Less is more IMO.

 

I would like to see a badge with some checkered flags near it. One for the V6, two for the 5.0 , and three for the GT500 5.8 liter.

How about sort of a two piece emblem like they used on the k-code mustangs with racing flags being the outside and the engine designation being the 2nd part of the emblem. Except where it says high output it says 50th anniversary.

 

I never liked that the 5.0 badge supplanted the GT badge. I would've rather there been a stacked badge that denoted

GT
5.0

or viceversa.

Personally, I'd prefer no fender badge at all.

 

"GT". Only done a tad smaller. For me, what would be neat if it could be flush.

So like a 1 cm indentation or what have you into the fender (some will hate that). And a Aluminum/chrome piece that fits in and sits flush with the body panel.
