I'd wait to judge DIB until we see good pictures of it. So far we've seen good pictures of Black, Triple Yellow, Guard, Race Red and Magnetic I believe.

If going by recent models, DIB would be in my final choices of colors....

I still think this car would look best in a dark (but not too dark) metallic green.
I want to see the Emerald color that is offered on the Taurus. I like Guard, but it's too close to Magnetic for me. I think it would look better with more saturation.

Bring back Lava Red and Kona Blue.

I miss those colors.

And those complaining about purple in the DIB must have never seen Kona.

I'm using my phone and not sure how to upload a pic. Here's the link: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/show...g-1306p11.html

TopNotch posted a pic of the front portion of the facias lined up in a studio. The orange colored one has a different style grill. It looks like it has some type of horizontal bars. Don't think I've seen this one anywhere. Maybe just a preproduction grill or one used on a SE?

Only reason it looks 370zish is because you cant see the hips in that lighting making it look like the soap bar body that the 370z goes from fender flare to roof all being a solid piece.

I think the 3/4 rear shots of this car look fantastic, I don't like the headlights and front end or lack of side c-scoop but other than that this car is ...

Hmm the interior looks light gray on that car too! The seats look two tone, just like the red and brown seats that we've seen on the verts - color on the front, black on the backs.

Doesn't matter what name they slap on it, Ford hasn't had an actual dark blue Mustang in years. They should just call it what it is: Blurple.

You'll NEVER get a true dark blue metallic color in all lighting. You can do dark blue, but you'll have to drop the metallic flake that reflects sunlight.

Sunlight shifts to the red end of the spectrum during sunrise and sunset. What does red and blue make?

Never say never. There have been plenty of true dark blues on Fords over the years including recent F-150's and the original Mustang.

the guard car at detroit had the two tone stone white interior, i think it would be a perfect match for DIB
