Behold, the Galpin Rocket in Black





We were pretty excited when we first saw the custom 725-horsepower Mustang developed by Galpin and Fisker at the Los Angeles Auto Show, but the Galpin Rocket looks even better - and downright sinister - in black.

I like those deep concave wheels, and the hood, but I'm not liking that grill at all.

I still like it better than the factory front end.

 

Id rather the factory grill that this thing.

 

I'll admit, the grille is the one thing that could use work............someone on another site 'chopped this on...........but seriously, this is my ultimate Mustang, it's STUNNING!

Yeah ! it's stunning alright.. They took the front end and turned it into a platypus..

For starters, it looks as though the designers were trying to recreate the classic 71-73 Mach 1 look for the hood, however it just doesn't work on the S550 platform at all, as the lines are just visually all out of place..

Then on top of that, the front grille has the visual appearance of a wide mouth bass..

My conclusion is this.. The entire front end is fugly as hell and looks more like a cross breed between a bat and a wide mouth bass morphing into the creature of the black lagoon as the end result.. Oh wait, I almost forgot to mention anteater too

You've lost your rocks Rock!! Those two photo shopped front ends are orders of magnitude better than the stock front end.

 

lol Call me crazy. I just think the factory front end on the 2015 is horrible. The two photo shopped front ends are a vast improvement.

 

Trust me Rob ! I still have all my rocks, believe me.. Now my dinner on the other hand ? that's another story altogether

 

Oh heck, the last black car that you owned was that black Trans Am that you gave to Pauly in Rocky II.

 

And that was the last GM I ever owned

Looks like someone put a Wavemotion Gun on a Mustang.

 

This is what the chrome one reminds me of. Can someone photoshop a mustang emblem into this guys chrome grill. Spot on lol

 

Even better.

 

Lol the all black front end doesn't look too bad after looking at it again.
