Anybdy with an engine vibration?

So I think I've developed a vibration either in the engine or a point past the engine. Its bad enough you can see the shifter vibrate at idle and you can see an intermittent stumble in the engine and the engine cover vibrates as well. It disappears out of course when your going down the road as the frequency of the vibration changes.

I took the car into the dealership where I purchased it and told them about the vibration. I told them I could feel a vibration in the shifter as well as seeing the engine cover vibrate and the stumble in the engine making it rock.

A few hours later I get a call back saying the vibration is normal????

By way of comparison I have an MGW shifter in my 09 Shelby which is more solidly mounted compared to the factory 2015 GT shifter and virtually no vibration at all.

An update - turns out this is normal for the coyote in the 2015 at least. I spoke with the shop manager and about my issue and he pulled a brand new car off the lot for comparison and it produced the same vibration at idle.

I suppose my problem was daily driving my GT500 for almost 90,000 miles. I can feel the transmission working but it doesn't suffer the same sort of vibration issues the coyote does. The difference I guess being one is a mass produced engine with a looser set of tolerances compared to the 5.4 in the Shelby.
