Any chance we'll have fogs in the grill again?

Does anyone have any idea if there's any chance we'll see an option to have fogs in the grill in the 2015? Always loved that about the 69 as well as the 05-14s as well.

Anything is possible, but at the start I would not think so. The aftermarket may bring something out. personally I am tired of the look

I like how they look with the standard halogen headlamps. I don't care for them with the smaller HID headlamps. It just looks a little off to me having fog lamps that are larger than the headlamps. I think it's time to retire them, but as you say, there will very likely be aftermarket kits. And whether we like it or not, you know someone is already drawing up plans to make an "Eleanor-version" 2015.

Somewhere I saw a concept sketch of the S550 with fogs in the grill, it looked pretty good to me and I'm kinda disappointed that they got rid of it. The fogs in the grill made them instantly recognizable at night.

Added bonus were the people that would throw a **** fit and flash their high beams thinking the Mustang was running with them on. I miss that.

I would agree; maybe on a factory SE, if a more high tech interpretation (LEDs) or after market. But yeah, I think Ford's trying to evolve the Mustang forward rather than keeping it mired in the past.

I hope not...I would rather have the opening unmolested. Also instead of fog light ducts use them for brake cooling.

Or put the fogs in the grill and use the openings on the lower fascia for brake cooling.

Assuming the car is designed to swap out grills (like the current models), if Ford doesn't offer the option themselves it seems logical that the aftermarket would step in. Fogs in the grill is one of those staples in the classic mustang look - so it seems like there would be demand. But that's just my opinion and I don't have any first hand knowledge of any option.

If not standard or an option, I hope aftermarket fills that void.

Let's hope not. That and the plastic faux chrome gas cap need to be retired for good.

Now you'll get the 3 gill slit LEDs in each headlight that will give them that unmistakable look.

27 seconds in you can see a concept with the fogs, IMO pretty good

I agree. It looks fantastic with the fogs. Very '69ish.

I'm sure the 'aftermarket' will be selling foglight grills as soon as they can

I agree the renderings with the fog lights in the grill look very good. The fog lights in the grill give the Mustang a rally car look and just enhance the appearance of the grill. Maybe Ford will have the fog lights in the grill for the GT350 and GT500 to give them a more purposeful look.

I like the fog lights in the grill. In fact I wouldn't mind if they were the bright lights instead of fog lights. I even like the faux gas cap, but would prefer it to be the real gas cap. That's just my opinion.

I think they look good in the lower portion also. I wouldn't mind seeing some "GT500E-style" stuff pop up for the 2015+
