Take a look through your manual..............but my guess would be this is related to the 12v power sockets. There might be an option to keep them active with the ignition off....or at least keep them active for a set period of time?

Be careful. Do a Google search for "run power active" message and read some of that info. Check out this too:http://www.mustangs550forum.com/foru...cs/6033?page=1

Wow, good info! (so, ignore my reply lol!)

I'd get the car to a dealer and get any codes scanned. Give them a copy of the dash error message photo..........and print out the thread Pantograph3 linked to!

Good luck.

That screen isn't going to throw any codes. It just means he hit the start button without pressing the brake pedal. It is the same as turning the ignition key to the "ACC" position" nothing more nothing less. If he hits the button again it will shut off the car!

I guess it depends on if it happens when he's standing still or driving down the road as was the case in the linked thread.

Well in the linked thread when this happened the engine stopped and it forced them to stop moving. I suppose if that had happened to him he would have mentioned it in the post. But he doesn't say one way or another. So I was really trying to get the OP to respond with some more details so we know his situation and if it was related to the link or what you posted. I'm guessing it's probably what you posted, but it would be nice to get confirmation.
