Lights remind me of a Charger.

Just because you posted this I had to look. Take the pony off and it doesn't say mustang at all. Nice car but not mustang.

Overboost 10/2/12 02:18 PM

Honestly not a fan of it. The front end just doesn't work for me.

And that's fine. The rear would take care of that.

I don't need it to say Mustang. After a couple of years it will say Mustang just as the Fox did or the sn95. Time for retro to go bye bye.

Yeah I'm with you on that. That just says Aston Martin or Jag to me. Just don't want it to look European.

Boomer 10/2/12 02:47 PM

The guy already posted its not like that.
Different.

denlem 10/2/12 04:38 PM

I kinda like it, but the grill doesn't seem right, and the mirrors look like the belong on a Japanese car in Japan.

I dunno...somebody approved the 2010 rearend and it wasnt exactly mustang looking, and took a lot of flak at rollout... I hope they get it right, but trying to be 'modern' 'American' 'appealing to the younger crowd' 'non-retro' and 'appealing to long time buyers' sounds kinda like a impossible bill to fill.

Long as its not a Edsel that was to appeal to everyone, we'll be OK :)

SOOOOOO...... After a few years the PROBE would have said MUSTANG for you?

The Fox Never said Mustang to me. The SN95 However DID! in both gens, well, after they fixed the tail lights.
The Fox may as well have been a rear wheel drive K-Car.

I have said it more than once, If all you want is a big engine, Rear wheel drive, Lone nose and Short rear deck than Why a Mustang??????????????
Buy a Challenger or a Camaro they have all those things too!

I liked the rear on the 10s.
13s is world's better though

Agreed! I Love the 2013 rear.

The Nose however................I go back and forth.

That is not exactly mind-blowing. It just looks like another re-skin of the existing body. However, I will be happy to see the park bench front bumper disappear like it did in this rendering and on the Evos nose.

When I think of any Mustang, the first thing that comes to my mind is my 89. When I drive it, I can see the fear in the eyes of so many. No Heated seats, no sinc, which I love in my 11, no airbags, just one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. After that every car that Ford built and branded a Mustang I embrace. Each has its own personality and so will the 2015...

I love the last rendering..

I bought a set of black taillamp surround trim and a black magnetic decklid panel insert which pulled together a great look and solved a lot of visual objection I had to the rear end of my '10 model. So now it doesn't matter to me if I have the '13 look or not.
