2015 at Mustang Rallies?

It's nice that Ford is bringing 2015 Mustang prototypes to the various auto shows across the country. Here's what I'm wondering, though. Will they be sending any to the major Mustang Rallies this spring/summer? My impression is that the various rallies are done without official Ford support, they're just put together by Mustang clubs. Normally, the cars on display are cars owned by people, plus some show cars by customizers like Roush and Saleen.

It sounds like the 2015 won't be in dealerships until September or later, though, so there won't be any production cars owned by customers for the spring/summer rallies. Since it's the Mustang's 50th anniversary, I wonder if Ford might offer some official support and display the prototypes. Is anyone here an organizer for a rally, and have you heard anything one way or the other?

Cool. I'm hoping there will be a couple 2015's at the Sturgis Mustang Rally, since I'm going to that one Labor Day Weekend.

I still wish Ford would do what they did for the 2005 Mustangs and take them around the country to Small Events to show it off to the Die Hard Mustang Fans. The first time I got to see and touch a 2005 was at the Yankee's Winter Practice Field here in Tampa. It was open to anyone but hosted by a Local Mustang Club. The second time was at a Ford Ride and Drive event in Orlando at Universal Studios. Both of those events were Way Before Ford had started production of the 05's and both cars were pre pproduction models with some small detail variences from actual production models, but it built the hype for the 05.

Don't worry too much fellas. I just saw the 2015 mustang at the Philly Auto Show the other day. If you want to see the 2015 just go to your local Ford dealership and look at the Fusion, Focus and Taurus and that's the front. Then go to your local Nissan dealership and look at the 370 Z and that's its side profile. The rear and tail lights, no freaking clue.

Very helpful

For someone that hates the 2015, you do spend a lot of time in this section.

Oh, no bro. I don't hate it at all. Its a nice import looking sports car, just not in love with it yet. Maybe when I'm ready for my second mustang I'll love it then. The looks just don't blow me away for all the past 5 years of hype. I look at my 2011 model and love every angle and curve.
