Kudos to Ford for making HIDs standard across the board. I was happy to see that change made after the unveil showed halogens.

Although I would like to have seen them do LEDs instead. The fricken Corolla has LED headlights standard the LEDs last longer and are cheaper to replace than HID components.

This can be the opposite at times, all depends on the design of the headlight. My brother works for a company that makes headlights and he said sometimes the LED ones you have to replace the whole unit. Than at times it could be that the headlight has LED "pods" which are pricey to replace as well.

Hmm true, but the more current LED headlights are usually a couple LEDs in a projector. Shouldn't be more than a xenon bulb...

Maybe just news to me but the GT PP has 255 on the front and 275 on the back (finally a little more meat).

You sure they aren't just LED DRLs? Actual LED headlights right now are only on Audi, BMW, and Mercedes stuff (to the best of my knowledge).

Nope, it has LED low beams... Prius and Avalon have them too, but optional I believe.

I got three questions:

1) Will the standard radio in the standard GT ba able to play music from USB?
2) Are ther no radio options?
3) Is the GT Oerformance package really NOT availible for automatic models?

I like the 641 wheels most.

So I guess this answers the question. PP and 50th together.

Looks like I won't be getting the 50th package because I want the Recaros.

1. I doubt it. There should be an audio input jack though.
2. Base, base premium (9 speakers), Shaker pro (12 speakers)
3. Yeah. No PP with Auto.
