2015 Mustang and Giugiaro Mustang

Is it just me or does anyone else see the 2015 Mustang having a strong resemblance to the Giugiaro mustang?

That wasn't by accident, Ford was putting out the feelers and looking for a reaction with the Giugiaro Mustang.

I believe Ford said that concept had a strong influence on the 2010 refresh where I see alot of it.

I really dont see much at all in the 2015

I have to agree here.

I almost forgot about that one...The real horse hide interior in that concept car is a horror show.

Sorry guys about the photos and thanks for posting. I'm surprised that no one sees the over all portions of the 2015 resembles the Giugiaro Mustang along with the doors. I do think the 2015 looks a hell of a lot better than the Giugiaro though. thanks for the comments guys!

A few days ago I showed some friends the Giugiaro Mustang Concept, and the front end (especially headlights) really fortold the '15, in our opinion. The roofline goes further back than the S197 (and similar to the S550), but the rear end is very different...

They may be similar in width, but that's about all they really share in common..

The greenhouse, body lines and hips are altogether different !

I mean it resembles a piece of all the new mustangs recently a bit. But it's all coincidence I'm sure, that mustang was a concept of a futuristic mustang and that's exactly what the 15 actually is/is going for. Therefore they will resemble each other
