I highly doubt the new Saleen will be enough to save them from bankruptcy, as Saleen is getting closer and closer to extinction as we speak

Larry ! As much as I hate to say this.. Saleen has nobody else to blame but himself, as he ran his original company into the ground (bankruptcy) and was then ousted by the Saleen board of directors..
The company was then sold and became known as Saleen Performance Vehicles based in Troy Michigan.. Then shortly afterwards, Steve Saleen started up his new company called SMS motorsports from 2010-2013..
Beginning in 2012, a lawsuit began between Steve Saleen vs. Saleen Performance Vehicles in which Saleen wanted to re-acquire his former company in which he claimed his reason was due that he didn't like the direction the SPV owners were taking his former company into..
Although he eventually won the lawsuit and was able to re-acquire his former company, the lawsuit took such a tremendous toll financially in which they were never really able to fully recover from and have been nothing more than just a mere shell of what they once were..
Is it sad ? Yes, you bet it is.. But unfortunately, it's also true

In the world of Mustang tuners, no one is better than the folks over at Hennessey. Hell, whether it’s a Mustang or not, just head to Hennessey and they’ll get you squared away. However, for this post, it’s all about Hennessey’s newest upgrade for the 2015 Ford Mustang. Let’s just say it comes with a supercharger and makes a great noise.
That was Hennessey’s very own 2015 HPE700 Supercharged Mustang, which sounds otherworldly. While the exhaust doesn’t growl much or sound all that violent, the whine from the 2.9L supercharger is just heaven on Earth.
The best part of the video isn’t the burnouts or the whine of the blower. It’s when Ben from Hennessey states the new Mustang “has good horsepower, but not crazy, and… we take it to crazy.” That’s what you want a tuner to be – someone that understands there’s never enough horsepower in anything from the factory.
