Anyone think those tailights would be able to be intsalled on the 2010-2012's? I would assume so..?

Decklid and 1/4 Sheet Metal is the same. As long as Tail Lights are plug compatible I would think all you would need is a 2013 Bumper cover and the tailights will work. Actually I have a feeling it will be a VERY POPULAR swap ...
