Water running inside the door?

Went through the automatic car wash this morning and noticed that it sounded like there was a waterfall going on inside the passenger door. Didn't hear it in the driver's door. Didn't see any water come inside the car. I noticed that the drivers door has open holes at the bottom. But on the passenger side these same holes are covered with plastic plugs. Is that normal?

Especially when exposed to leaves/water build-up for prolonged periods of time while left parked outdoors... Thankfully, I don't experience these issues due to having a garage for always keeping the Mustang inside when, not in use... Therefore, none of my drain plugs have ever clogged up as a direct result...

Thanks I pulled the plugs on the side that still had them. Will hose out any debris upon the next car wash.

Pulling out the drain plugs and removing all debris should most definitely resolve the water build-up issues from within the doors!
