Traction control/voltage/ AC

I have a 5.0 2014 mustang and I have been having an issue for the past 6 month and no one can seem to know the solution, my car’s voltage has been randomly going high which automatically makes the AC go on and off by itself and the traction control sign goes off as well, I have checked the fuses, the alternator, the wiring, and recently replaced by battery. I’m aware it could be an ECM related issue, did anyone face this issue before or any idea on what I should check?
