I'm also experiencing grunting sounds coming from front suspension. The car has already had both left and right front LCA changed. Left side was changed a month ago, but the noise came back after 2 weeks. I'm taking it to service today again.

Also, car started making scratching noise when going over even the smallest undulation. Like paper is scratching against another paper. Similar sound can be heard from speedometer dial on ignition on check. Not sure it's related. Service rep "couldn't hear it". Today I'll make sure they get someone who can hear it.

Only 4 months of bumper to bumper warranty left. I'm afraid these issues will not be resolved and I'll have crappy sounding car to sell. Really disappointed in Ford.

What did your dealer say when you brought it back in, satellite779? Also, will you PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can escalate this if needed?

They replaced front left LCA again (twice within 1 month now). They kept the car overnight for gauge cluster noise on startup. They ordered new gauge cluster so I already picked the car up. Front grunting noise is gone, I hope for good now but I'm not too hopeful based on previous experience.

Scratching sound from gauge cluster is still there, hopefully this will be fixed once it's replaced.

Front scratching noise while driving, similar to gauge cluster noise, is now less noticeable. When I picked up the car I couldn't hear it, but after my 12 mile return trip from the service, I started noticing it again. I hope it will be fixed by gauge cluster replacement, if it's related at all.

Since I'm on a vacation for the next couple of weeks, I won't be able to take the car back until then. I'll keep you updated what happens.

Thanks for keeping track of the forums.
