Mustang Haunted?

I have a weird issue with my 2013. The 5A fuse for the wipers/blower motor went bad. I replaced the fuse with a new 5A. Everything was working again.

The next day I noticed my radio, interior lights and ignition chime wouldn't cut off after removing the key and opening the door. Even after locking the car and coming back 15 minutes later, everything was still on.

After some trouble shooting, I figured that new 5A fuse had something to do with it even though it's not on the same circuit as the ignition sensor. I pulled the new fuse and viola, everything cut off like its supposed to.

But here's the thing. The fuse for the wiper/blower motor is removed, yet the wipers and blower still work...

Any ideas what's going on??

This won't be much help, but it sounds like something is shorted somewhere.
