HELP 2014 mustang gt unknown missfire

Hey guys, I have owned my car for a little over a year now, I bought it with 26k miles it has 47k now. It’s slightly modified, nothing crazy just a Holley sniper intake manifold, 47lb injectors and an aluminum drive shaft, It’s tuned by Bama. Around mid September I was driving just fine, was able to haul a** when I wanted to but then outta no where the engine started trembling and missfiring really bad, I pulled over popped the hood and the engine was shaking, but not shaking like the engine mount is bad. It also sounds like some rattling coming from the exhaust when I rev it higher than 3k. I’ve changed the spark plugs (NGK), every ignition coil, crank shaft position sensor, cam timing solenoids and cam position sensors (exhaust and intake both sides). I’ve taken it to two ford dealerships and they couldn’t see anything, and I took it to an actual tunning shop and they haven’t be able to see anything either. The only codes I get are p0300, p0301, 302, 303, 304, p0316. I have a month before I start school at wyotech and I need my car to get there
