Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High Input

I'm getting a Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor High Input error. The check engine light only goes on with over half a tank of gas, but the error still shows up when plugged in for diagnostics. Can I service this somehow to get it off the computer, or just bite the bullet ?

'If' it is the sensor, I would replace it. Appears to be around $160 . Should be youtube videos on how to replace it

I have checked the wire from the PCM to the connector at the FRPs and its ok. Back probed the wire to the PCM, no voltage. I say no voltage but i checked it with a test light. I also have no codes. I have disconnected sensors to see if it will give an engine check light or code but none. There is communication though to the scanner/ code reader but says the EVAP is not supported.
