Ford Service People are idiots. TSB help needed

I happen to know quite a few great Ford service people. Then again, I've always treated them with respect and have asked for their help instead of demanding it. Heck, my local dealer has fixed stuff under warranty that probably shouldn't have been covered when I didn't even buy the car there, and I've never had to go back twice for the same issue. Calling them idiots is, well... idiotic.
