Ford customer service rep?

Let me state first that I don't have an issue with my Mustang, but more of a curiosity. Where did the Ford customer service rep, Deysha, go? The last time I looked, a few days ago, she seems to have disappeared around the 1st of the year. Has Ford discontinued their forum reps?

I think she monitors the forum and chimes in when her services might be needed. She's sorta like Batman....all you have to do is shine the Bat-Light into the sky and she mysteriously appears.

I don't know. She did her customary "out of the office" holiday post on 12/31/15 and appears to have gone dark since then. Seems like it was rather abrupt.

I agree. She is on the F150 Forum all the time. They have announced a couple 'new' Ford Customer Service Reps on there too.
