I know their are some Ford members here from customer service that assist with warranty related issues. I was wondering if someone could be of assistance to me with a 2010 Ford Focus. I am having trouble fighting the dealership on warranty related issues. Thanks in advance!

PM'd. It's Courtesy Ford in Sandord, FL. Giving us a hard time on replacing clear coat peeling off of the headlights on our 2010 focus which is still in warranty.

Pics? Have you noticed any condensation inside the headlights?

 

I heard Deysha can help track an order. I have a 2015 50 th Anniversary Mustang on order and I don't know anything and neither does the dealer. They did tell me it is scheduled to be built on 10-3., but that's all they have told me. Any help would be highly appreciated.
