Check engine light

Sometimes my check engine light will come on for no apparent reason then go off after a couple days, why would this be? When I had to codes pulled nothing came up. I drive a 2012 mustang 5.0, with bbk cold air, and flow master exhaust. Admittedly I do drive a little crazy. But what mustang owner doesn't?

That's what I figured, I'll check it in the morning. The **** light just causes so much stress even when I know it will go off in a day or so

Check for codes while the light is on, if you haven't already done that.
