The car was jumped but cables was wrong replaced the battery terminal fuse was replaced now the steering gets hard and all the lights come on after 15min. The service brake light service trac control and the wrench come on. Will it be a relay

have you checked all the fuses?

 

it's a 2014 Ford Mustang v6 yes i checked the fuses they are all good the only fuse that was blown was the fuse on the battery.

 

The battery is also getting drained will it be a relay that will pull that much power to drain the battery also???
