Anyone else have problem with rear headrest staying up

Anyone else have problem with rear headrest staying up
once pulled down? My one rear headrest wont stay up. I like them down but when my boys get in the back i need to put them back up . Took it to dealer Saturday but they couldnt get to fix neither.They told me know they have to get approval from Ford for a replacement

Sounds like someone didn't push the button when pulling them down and busted the mechanism.

Mine stay up and down no problem.
