Unhappy 2012 gt 135 miles in shop

I picked up my 12 GT convert, drove it for 6 days had 135 miles on the car. When i thought i was going to have to walk home.It seemed like it was running on 4 cylinders the cel was flashing like a xmas tree.took it to the dealer the next day,it ran prefect. No cel code.they test drove and it did it again.after the dealer talk to ford they changed all fuel injectors.I picked up the car and two hours later it did it again, the cel light stayed on.The next morning i went to the dealer and it ran perfect, but it did have a cel code (misfire on cylinder #2) that was Saturday . I now have around 250 miles on my car,a different mechanic is going to check it out Monday 9-26-11.
To say the least I'm car sick.Does anyone have an idea.

Oh, nooooo!!! debodavid, my name is Deysha from Ford Customer Service. I’d like to get this escalated to the Customer Service Manager for your area. Please PM me with your dealer, VIN, and contact info so I can help.

There's TSB 11-7-3 for 5.0L with misfire codes - BUILT ON OR AFTER 8/17/2010 , supposedly just for 2011's.

The TSB says just to reprogram the PCM ... have the dealer check into this before they replace any more unneccessary parts from improper diagnosis.

I've never heard of a car needing 8 NEW injectors due to 1 cylinder misfiring.

I thought it was kinda funny having to repalce injectors too. I thought it would be something simple maybe a faulty fuel cutoff switch or loose wire some where.

I m not sure, they called the ford hot line and thought it was one injector.ford said to move the original injectors to the other side and see if the problem followed,it did. to be sure ford said to replace all injectors.

Mine just got back from dealer and this was a side effect of them replacing my short block. You might also notice that they did a misfire monitor neutral profile correction (as per SSM 21703 (Special Service Message #21703). If I recall, this comes from Fords internal database application called Oasis.

Anyways, good luck, hope it works out. Im currently doing a Lemon Law on my 11 5.0Mustang
