2011 Mustang GT shifting

Brought my car in after it still seems to clunk/grind when shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 since I bought it in 2010. Had them do the TSB to replace the transmission fluid. After a couple days it still shifts like before. Sometimes I get locked out of second and have to go to third.

What are the usual next steps? Do they start taking the transmission apart?

They tell you it's normal and shove you out the door. Or they say your aftermarket shift **** is the source of the problem.

Hey Ethanjbeau,

Make another appointment and let me get this escalated for you. PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number. I’ll send it over to the customer service manager for your area.
