I have this 2011 mustang GT 95k miles bought from a auction, i drove it off the driveway heard the tick parked it in the garage.

So far we have changed:
Timing chain, tensioners and guides, crank sprocket
serpentine belt tensioner
Idle pulley
All rod bearings

the only thing in my mind now are the cam phasers they weren't really moving when i checked them

IIRC, 2011 was when the Gen 1 5.0L Coyote dropped into the Mustang engine bay. This may simply be the infamous "typewriter tick" these engines are known for. It is supposedly harmless.

Do a search for "typewriter tick" and you'll likely dig up a lot of information.

 

Yes im familiar with the typewriter tick i attached a video were you able to look at it i put it as an attachment dont know how to make it watchable in the post

Its a constant loud metal tick

 

If the video is from YouTube? You just simply copy the video link and then select the link icon in the toolbar located next to the smiley icon... Once the link box window displays, paste the video link in the URL box below by right clicking with your mouse, then left click on OK... The video should then display in your post submission...
