2011 Brembo wheels powder coat comming off

Has ford done anything official about the powder coat on the Brembo package wheels? All 4 of my rims look like trash. Took it to the dealership 2weeks ago and they still can't give me an answer.

If the dealership really is stumped, they have the option to take digital pictures and e-mail them to Ford for Ford to make the decission whether it's warranty or not.

The dealership is simply afraid to put a claim in and have Ford deny it later after they inspect the rims.

I was a Ford Service Advisor for 9+ years, I know how they think ... they're afraid to lose money and raise their warranty-claim numbers ...

They washed my wheels and took about 20 pictures. They told me the next day that there ford rep was not giving him an answer on what to do. It's been it'll have been 3 weeks ago this Thursday. We spoke about a week ago but all he said was that he didn't know anything that he would call me.

Call them, ask for the Service Manager and ask them to e-mail the pics to the Ford Warranty Assistance Team.
They're the people that will then decide what happens

Maybe I should have been more detailed. The service manager is the one who took the pics. I've spoke to him already. I feel like they are just trying to blow me off.

Are they powder coated from the factory or just painted?

99% sure that is is powder coat.
