2010 mustang gt gears grinding, ford says "Operating as designed"

As a Mechanical Engineer, I cringe every time I see one of these videos.
I never shift into first unless at a complete stop. You probably wore out the synchros with your spirited shifting.
These transmissions aren't designed for speed shifting. If it doesn't go in, don't force it. You're just shearing off teeth.

[Not directed at you, msqr, so please don't be upset. This is more directed at the Ford Engineers and Ford Corporate.]
Ok, that's just plain dumb on someones part by putting in a transmission that can't be speed shifted... it's a **MUSTANG**... what the hell part of that doesn't say "speed shifting?" That's what makes it fun! Drive it spirited. Hell, they *promote it* with their ads... but then put in stuff that won't do the job?!
Oh, I'm supposed to drive it like a granny or something? Then why don't I just get an Impala or such and not waste my time?!
Seriously. I fail to see how this speed shifting/power shifting point is even relevalnt on a Mustang, v6 or GT. Build them right, and this doesn't happen.
I agree on the 1st while rolling. Transmission even fights it. But the rest, no, that transmission should be built rather like a tank, because it's *going* to be abused in a car of this type.
/But I'm sure I'm talking a $100000 transmission so that wouldn't fly in the first place, so we get crap. Got it.
//Rant over. Sorry.

"Read the you tube description."
Oh, there's a description? Where's the link to it? Why not just post it here so there's not any investigative work on our end, and you don't have to be (or sound) a lil' snippy in saying that. Makes it sound like you just told him "Idiot." That's how I heard it anyway. Text on a computer screen is really context poor...
For my part, I have pop-up blockers turned on. Guess what? This is blocked, and so I'm not going the extra mile to read your comments on a page that wants to pop. So, there you go. I'm sure that's part of the problem for some of us. I don't WANT to turn off my pop up blocker. Just in case, if nothing else. Go figure out how to post a link or not have the forum embed the video, or just paste the info here. Takes all of 10 seconds, right? Right. Yes yes, temporarily allow, whatever. Just not doing it, I'm a jerk, movin' on...
And the synchos are still shot, or the clutch is bad, or both. I'm leaning towards the syncrhos. I think they didn't do them. I think you need to take it elsewhere, and be sure that the former shop gets the bill when it's proven you were wronged.
But that's me. Good luck sir.

^----- click here for documents.
This is after picking up the car.
Two images here, click second image to see the one from today.
So my Mustang has ~23k miles on it, and is under warranty.
Just got back from Mahwah Ford where they say "Working as designed"
Here is the history.
Took my car there for air conditioner clicking, and whiny noise in second gear.
They tell me they have to take the transmission off.
So they take it off and replace all sorts of parts (see link to documentation).
the next week they call me back and tell me that they test drove it after putting the trans back on and the car isn't shifting right have they have to take the transmission back off again.
This is all over the course of a few weeks.
The next week I get a call and they tell me the transmission guy changed his mind and that there is nothing wrong and I can take it back.
I get it back, and it seems that I now have more problems than I brought it in with.
Gears 1 through 3 grind on normal stop and go driving. 2nd is by far the worst.
My car now drifts to the left. (video to come)
My stick shifter is off centered now, to the left, such that it rubs against the left side of the shifter box, you can feel the friction and there is noise.
Gear shifting is loud and clunky. Difficult to get into gears 1st and 2nd.
There have been numerous times where I have to glide through and intersection because I can't get it into second gear, nearly getting hit by other cars.
And now in 4th gear, there is a strong vibration, very noticeable above 4k rpm (video to come).
So I called ford customer caer and told them it doesn't seem safe to be driving this around. And they told me to take it back to the dealership.
So eventually they got the Ford field service engineer to come and drive it with the service manager.
I asked repeatably to ride with the tech and service manager to demonstrate the problem, they said that isn't necessary. I get a call again at work saying there is nothing wrong with the car, and to come pick it up.
Well I'll let you decide, here is the video.

Thanks friend.
*reads all that*
Ok, got it.
Now... Within 25 or so miles there are several other Ford/Lincoln dealerships you can go to. All can work on your car. I suggest you try another one. Show them your papers. And insist, INSIST they ride with you as you demonstrate it. Both the service writer and a tech, but at least a tech.
Also, Deysha may be in order. You readin' this, Deysha?
