I'm going to ask them if the font could be made with slightly less weight as the OE fonts are a bit lighter/less bold, but this is a mod I've been waiting ages on

 

Looks nice! How hard is it to install these properly?

 

Look like the base GT gauges. Except for the addition of the two lower gauges in the middle cluster.

 

I'm not sure how hard the install is, but they look sharp (available in several colors). I don't like the broken ring around the tach though, but I guess that's how it is on the GT500

 

Doesn't look like the base gauges looks 100% better.

 

Looks like you can choose if you want that broken ring or not, or thats what it looks like, either way, hopefully thats the case cause i just odered it. haha

 

The Installed photos doesn't have a REDLINE....but the "proof" does. Hmmmm
I like the Pony logo option too, I don't have any "Custom Text" I can think of I want!?

I assume if you go with these then you can't change the backlight color anymore?

 

I think they look way better than the base GTs.

 

You should be able to still....except you would be changing the color of the numbers instead of the background! Just like the GT500's.

Just talked to them.. the base gauge which I have (with only the fuel/temp reading) is not out yet. He said to check back in a few weeks.

 

Yes I emailed them right after this thread started. Told me the same thing they are scheduled to be made.

 

I like those better for one reason nobody else has mentioned... that they only show MPH.

 

I was going to mention it, but you beat me to it.

I think I would prefer that the 5mph ticks were a little thinner and maybe a little more gray than white.

I also think the speedo would look less cluttered if the numbers were outside the tick ring.

They will do custom designs, so that's a good thing.

 

I've used him before to do a custom guage face for my 05. He does great work.

 

I emailed them with that very question and they answered as Uin2it suggested - that the MyColor feature still works the same except that only the numbers will change color instead of the entire background.

I assume that it will fit a premium V6 as well as the premium GT - they look like the same gauges?

 

The premium cluster is the same in both cars, as is the base cluster.
