Sounds good except I wouldn't go darker than 50% on the windshield. It's just enough. More than that and it's hard to see at night.

I had the same on my Focus and it wasn't an issue. Actually the rears were 5%, the fronts were 35.

If your getting all windows done including windshield, then 265 is a fair price.

I totally agree and also have 50% on my front windshield. I would NOT get any darker on a front windshield and foolish to do so unless someone doesn't operate there vehicle when dark. If you only drive in sunlight, then 35% would work on front windshield but never would I personally get darker than 50%. Of course I operate mine at night.

I notice zero difference between 35% and clear windows at night. I still see just fine. The only issues I had with my Focus was reversing, due to the limo tint on the rears (which is why I'm going 35 all around).

This is all sorts of various driving, too. Cities with lots of foot traffic all the way to BFE with zero ambient light.

I have 20% tint on all my windows except the front windshield and that's 50%. While I have no issues seeing at night and living in a very rural dark area, anything darker than 50% on the front windshield would just to too dark for the light output of the factory halogen headlamp bulbs.

Now, if one was to install a nice bright HID kit say 35W 5-6000k, that probably would be a pony of a different color. Your light output would increase huge with HID's while the 35% percent tint front windshield would degrease the light visibility so it would equal itself out. Lol

Never needed to roll down the windows in mine...but I wasn't rocking 20% up front, either.

First pic is my car car when I bought it in 2012. Had 5% on the sides and rear. A little too dark for me at night. So I had it re-done 35% on the side windows and 20% in the rear. Paid $200 for 3M FX Premium. The only issue I have now is the rear window defroster "defracts" light. Not really liking it but I guess I'm going to have to live with it. Tint place took it off and retinted it for me with an upgraded 3M tint. Still the same issue.

Cost me $400 for 40% all around, machine cut single piece, lifetime warranty, won't fade or turn purple. It's the highest quality shop in the city, you get what you pay for.

I got 35 on the sides and 20 on the back of mine. I couldn't be any happier with this. Makes the car look sleek. Also no problems with cops around here, knock on wood. Got this done for $170 at a local shop, they did an amazing job!

Agreed. Mine was $300 for all around I believe, but that was also with ceramic tint.
