Just like the title said, is it worth it to get premium door panels with 8' subwoofer for a base model? What about wiring? fitment?

i bought 2 brand new ones from a gt500 going on my bass model, as for wiring, im wiring to a 2 channel amp for these subs. unless i decide to amp my entire sound system then I will go 6 channel amp.

 

I also upgraded the door panels to the premium ones with the leather insert and 8" sub. Wiring to the speakers is a pain if you try to get the wires to run through the rubber connector. I put an amp in the trunk and since I don't run rear deck speakers I used those outputs for the amp and door subs. Sound much better than stock good enough for me not if your audiophile.
